The "Character contains cosmetic items that tied to ownership of certain DLC packs" dialogue occurs erroneously when the character is equipped with the baby pig and/or Sinister cape.

Reproduction steps:

1. Load a new or existing character
2. Open inventory and equip the Baby Pig and/or Sinister cape
3. Return to main menu and enter hero settings
4. Upload hero
   Expected result - Hero is uploaded with no additional prompts.
   Actual result - Baby Pig and Sinister cape cosmetics trigger the DLC prompt to appear and incorrectly states them to be connected to DLC
