Context

• I own 2 computers, a laptop and a desktop
• I use only one windows store account
• The game runs fine on the laptop running windows 10
• The game fails verify game ownership on the desktop
• This used to work last week
• I have tried several things found in MCD-1230 to no avail (even though that was for game pass purchases IIUC)
• I even tried a fresh install of windows, then MCD, and it still has the same

I do have a static IP from my ISP, is that something that could affect this?

I have not been able to use this desktop which I built for gaming because of this. Happy to try anything!
