I have no in-game audio after the loading screen. I have audio for the studio intros in the beginning, but no actual audio for the game. I have a JBL Quantum One headset. Also, I have no played the game since launch, but it seems that all of my account data is gone. I had a high-level character too and I do not want to level all the way again. I am not sure what happened.
