five days ago, my son login to his account and start the game. from that moment one of the skin was my character with level 220. my son can choose this and play. here in-game are my all items and gear, identical that I had when I was 220 level.

few days ago, I started the game and I can choose only my character with level 220. no my character with 230 level, no gear no items. just all items that have my son when he plays an one hour. he spends my emiralds. and now I have my 220 level character with no emeralds.
