Steps to reproduce

1. Use scatter mines.
2. Have any player (self or others) walk into one of the scatter mines.

Expected result

Scatter mines would not activate and damage any players because no other player-used artifact or weapon in the game damages players.

Observed result

Scatter mine explodes and damages players.

When Scatter Mines are placed on the ground, they explode when a player comes in range and kills them instead of the mobs.
