My girlfriend and I were enjoying playing local co-op on my copy of Minecraft dungeons on my PS4. We have two PlayStation accounts, and used to be able to matchmake for local co-op play. Ever since the crossover patch was released, we are no longer able to use our individual characters in local matchmaking pools.

For example: player A creates a lobby with their account's character. Then player B who is already signed into the PlayStation 4 presses L3 to join the lobby.

Previously: player B would be able to bring their account's character into the lobby of player A. From there, they could enjoy local co-op in the same room.

Now: player B joins the lobby of player A but is unable to bring their account's character in. They are only given the option to clone player A's character or create a new character.
