Game stays stuck in loading screen before the main menu, keeps showing "press any button" every while

      For the issue that is affecting Nintendo Switch specifically, please refer to MCD-1293, and add a vote and any new information there.

      On Xbox One, this might be caused by corrupted saves, potentially due to being gifted corrupted items. If this occurs, the only possible fix is to delete all save files (cloud saves are unaffected). To delete saves, go into the Minecraft Dungeons game, Press the Xbox button, scroll down to the Minecraft Dungeons game icon, press on the three line button, and select "Manage game and add-ons". Then select Minecraft Dungeons. Then select your profile account and select delete on everything.

      On Windows, the steps provided on MCD-5306 may clear the problem:

      Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft and delete the following files:
      launcher_msa_credentials.bin
      launcher_msa_credentials.json
      launcher_msa_credentials.bin.dungeons

      I just got a beta key from a friend, installed the game and started the beta; but it doesn't start. It keeps loading and whenever I press any button, it starts loading again to show me the same text. What to do?
