As a family of four we have four characters (heroes). We play local coop 2 players mode switching characters from time to time. After a day of playing, next time we play/log in (mostly another day), one or more heroes doesnt have their equiped item (dissappear) from yesterday or it has only lvl 1.

It is very frustrating for my kids, and we dont know what to do to avoid it. Please help!
