Both my Sons PS4 Characters have just gone.
Obviously they are very disappointed.
No crashes, no turning off while loading Etc, just gone. 
They reached good levels and now have to start all over again and knowing that it might very likely happen again, has really taken the shine off the game.

This is Mojang and PS4 !!! And just a save file....

Is there a way to get them back?

I see from reading there are many many people with this issue. Some are having to save characters onto usb all the time! Really ?! Its PS4 and Mojang, it cant be that bad

Please tell me there a patch, fixed due soon?
