Controllers will sometimes vibrate without ever stopping when the player takes heavy damage. The vibrating will not stop until a player takes heavy damage a second time or after unplugging the controller from the USB port. All my controllers are wired, I use an Xbox one white controller, however I noticed that the same issue occurs with my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and my Wired Steam controller.
