suddenly, when starting the game on the console, after all the producers and developers ads, the game start loading, red square turning around, but nothing load, it can be stuck like that long time with no change, i tried to delete the game, reinstalled it, updated it and nothing, it keeps stuck during loading,

i've cheked it with Nintendo technical support, nothing wrong with the console.
