When running pumpkin pastures with 5+ secrets available. Multiple times. on all hardness. the pirate ship access is not working. I've run the map at least 40 times. on Maps where i think it should spawn, the map secrets 5+. sometimes i end the game without finding one secret. I think its loading as a secret, but the door is not available. 

Currently lvl 165, completed all maps on all hardness. I've also attempted this online and offline. I also re-installed the game. 

I've seen this issue reported before and not addressed. Usually dismissed or given bad information from other players.
