While wearing armor that has both (Food Reserves) and (Surprise Gift).  Using a potion creates the items.  After items are created if you pick up the first item then you are unable to pick up the remaining items.  This also causes you to walk strait down no matter what direction you click and hold the left mouse button.  You also can not aim your bow.  It only fires down.  You can single left click to walk in the desired direction you wish to walk and aim your bow in this fashion but make playing extremely difficult.  The only fix I have found is logging out to the main screen and logging back in.  Thank you.
