Steps to reproduce:

1) Have a item that has the "Surprise Gift" enchant available
2) Click on it to see more info

Observed result:
Tier 3 has a 150% chance to trigger. How is there a chance that is over 100%, if 100% is "always trigger"?

Expected result:
Should not be above 100% probability or specifically described if 150% has any bonuses (More items?)
