As soon as i open the game i get the opening loading screen and it never leaves that screen.(not to be mistaken as the going back to camp from a dungeon loading screen) I had the loading screen for 20-30 min and have tried everything. closing and restarting app, deleting and reinstalling, checking my wifi and none of which fixed the problem.
