So i completed the game and did every map on max difficulty, farmed some endgame legendary gear was happy with my experience.  Log in a couple of days later to finish off getting some items and my characters are gone. Didnt do anything to my computer recently other than install a few more games, other than that no file changes or anything.  Anything that can be done about this or is it just gone ?  Hopefully you can get back to me and thanks for your time.
