Hi there, 

I was playing offline a couple of minutes ago, I was fighting The Arch-Illager. I used a bounce pad and my character couldn't move, it got stuck in the middle of the air. I have seen similar reports but in my cased the game crashed. I was playing on Xbox one S console.
