I have had to create 4 brand new character since this game has launched. If I get lucky, I am able to exit the game and come back to my character, but for the most part this isn't the case. I am unable to move the files and redownload the game because they are always encrypted for some reason. Needless to say, I have been unable to play on the same exact character for more than one session before it gets deleted.
