Health Bar of Entities Randomly Showing

      After fighting the evoker, this boss bar showed up on the ground. It looks like a Vex got stuck under the map. I can not hit the entity but there is a red outline sometimes when I get close. This was in Pumpkin Pastures. Level 3 difficulty. This showed up near the end of the run.
