Freezes and crashes when playing on Switch

      Should you find a specific crash that can be reproduced 100% of the time following the exact same steps every time, please make sure to create a new ticket for it.

      A workaround for freezes and crashes that was suggested by other players is as follows:

      1. Play the game with the console docked.
      2. Go to Settings -> TV Settings -> Set resolution to 720p.
      3. When opening the game, log out of the Microsoft account and log in back.
      4. Check if the game can now be played without issues.

      Additional user-provided suggestion is putting the console into sleep mode for a few seconds whenever it freezes.

      When playing normally, the game just freezes and crashes. I've had this happen in Soggy Swamp and Creepy Crypt. It's getting very annoying and I wish I could just play the game.
