Observer Blocks don't detect melon/pumpkin stem updates.

      Description

      Minecraft PS4 Edition version 1.94

      The observer blocks notice all of the stages of the stems growing, but after the stem is fully grown the observer block does not notice when the melon/pumpkin actually sprouts, which is weird. It must be a glitch.

      The change between  a full grown stem with no melon/pumpkin to a full grown stem with a melon/pumpkin is the most important state to observe.
