Placing an original written book in a lectern in Creative Mode and then removing it, it drops the "original", ending up with 2 original versions of the same book

I placed an original book on a lectern in creative, then when I removed the book from the lectern, it gave me an other original book, resulting in 2 identical original books with the same title, which are also stackable.

(Version is 1.90, but I had to place 1.89 since there is no 1.90 in here yet)
