achievements not being awarded

I have been trying to unlock some achievements for a few days now and I'm getting through most of them but two of them are not being awarded; free diver and music to my ears. The free diver one is stuck on 18% and wont move. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, drunk potions of water breathing for 3 and 8 minuites, tried on the tutorial world, put the console offline and back online and even resetted my console as I thought i had corrupt files and still not unlocking. The music for my ears I have listened to most of my music discs while standing right next to the music box and it has not been unlocked
