      Description

When observer blocks detect a change in block state, e.g. opening a door, they output a one tick pulse, where as on the PC version they output a two tick pulse (with two in game ticks equaling one redstone tick). This can be proven by placing a door, having an observer look at in, then have said observer power a sticky piston facing a block. When you use the door, the observer will observe it and send a 1 tick pulse to the sticky piston, causing it to push a block quickly but not retract it, because the observer is too fast.
