Experience Orbs do not drop when the player Respawns too quickly. (About as soon as the prompt appears)
When the player dies and then immediately presses "Respawn," no Experience Orbs are dropped at the site of the Player's death.
I theorize that this may be because when the player dies, their items and Experience Orbs spawn at their location. (when the player dies, they are still at the place that they died until the they respawn. The items and Experience may spawn at the player's location while they are dead, rather than a "location of death" variable) But perhaps if the player's location suddenly changes before the Experience Orbs spawn, the Experience Orbs are either:
spawned in a location between the site of the player's death and the player's spawn point,
spawned in the void,
not spawned at all.
Whatever is happening, Experience Orbs cannot be found at the site of the player's death if they respawn immediately after dying.
Step 1. Have a player die.
Step 2. The player respawns as quickly as possible.
Result: The Experience Orbs will not have spawned at the location of the player's death. If there is not an easy way to prevent this from happening, perhaps force the player to wait a few seconds before respawning so that all Experience is not lost?
Either I completely screwed up the report previously, the bug has changed, or this is a separate bug. I am not sure if the above report is valid.
The player's Experience now only drops when Mob Loot is enabled.
Step 1. Have a player with experience die, while Mob Loot is disabled.
Result: No Experience Orbs at the site of the player's death.
I did not create a separate report because I thought that it would probably be marked as a duplicate. These issues seem too closely related.
I did tests that proved that when the player would respawn too quickly, no Experience would drop at the site of death.
Apparently the Experience also does not drop when Mob Loot is disabled.
I do not understand this issue much if at all, I cannot go to different updates and test how this issue has progressed.
