When ending Regeneration while Health display is bouncing, it stops on a certain frame of the bounce

      Description

      When I ate a notch golden apple (given in Creative Mode, eaten in Survival), I drank milk while the health display was "doing the wave", and it stopped on the frame of "the wave" that it left off on. I switched to Creative Mode and back, and it remained the same. Only when I restarted the world, my health bar reset.

      Just realized this is a duplicate of MCCE-61. Please delete.
