Cross save from PS Vita to PS3 not working.(Repost)

I cannot transfer a world from my PS Vita to my PS3. When I push Square (Download PS Vita Save) at the world load screen it starts to download. Once the download gets to around 5% it stops downloading and deletes the save being created. Then I get the error,
"Download PS Vita Save
Download Failed. Please try again later".

Note:I can transfer a PS3 world to my PS Vita with no issue.
