end spawning spatforms

there are too many end spawn platforms. one from cu35 a new one that gets made when you update to cu36(you spawn at the new one). and now another one that gets made when you update to cu37!

thats not the bug i'm talking about though the new cu37 platform doesn't gen on the outside of the island. it gens inside the end island.. i had one gen inside of an obsidian pillar!

i can provide video evidence if needed(i'll need to record it first though)
