XB1: Dropper items go through blocks if player is near.

Hello,

Upon testing the bug found in mcce3295 I started to pickup the items dropped from the dropper into the item-stream.
The dropper gives away one block each second and that dropped block have no other way to go but into the item-stream.
But standing around the dropper items could be stolen from the dropper and the stream by the player.
Hard to explain what is happening so I made a capture to show the setup of the blocks and dropper, see attached file.
