Game crashes, blocks slowly go toward player, rare loading error, and sometimes don't save

Game will crash sending me to the playstation screen. Most of the time it dont save anything. When multiple items are on the floor, they move slowly to the player. Game is noticeably more laggy than it use to be. Broken tools keeps reappearing in my pocket. When placing items in a chest certain items will be thrown back into players pocket. Every know and then my player will lock its self from moving, and game will open up start or select button menu's, and sometimes will open up the ps3 button menu.
