End is constantly crashing

Every time I try to do my ender Dragon fight, as soon as all the end crystals are destroyed, my game crashes send me to the ps3 home screen, like what the heck, I've waited soooo long for this update and because of a constant crash, I Can't see the new features in the end , please fix this soon

ive tried to work in new and existing worlds on my ps3 to find the same result, after destroying some if not all end crystals, the game crashes and returns me to the ps3 home screen outside the game
