XB1: Horse characteristics now the same.

Hello,

We wanted to go horse jumping so we grabbed the best horses before TU46 for that purpose.
However they now behave like all other horses.
No more horse characteristics.
Jumping good.
Fastest horse.
Travel horse.
One block jumping horse.
And so on.
