Constant crashing on my wii u

I don't know what is going on with my version of the game but it always freezes and makes a high pitched buzz for about 15 seconds. This always happens randomly but happens more frequently in multiplayer. I believe it is due to CPU strain caused by loading too many chunks, but I have yet to find any evidence supporting this. I have called Nintendo and their only solution is to delete and re-download the game > I even tried placing a fan at the back of the console but to no avail. This has happened about 50 times in the past week and I don't know if it is just me, none of my friends have a wii u. Sometimes there is an error message, this only comes from a 3rd person joining in, other than that its just a typical freeze. If the error message is necessary I may be able to replicate the bug.
