It's possible to step up 1 pixel height from Grass Paths to Farmland blocks.

When you place a Grass Path block next to a Farmland block, when you stand on the Grass Path block, you are touching the block but when you look closer and crouch over to the farmland block, you get nudged upward by 1 Pixel height of a block showing that the Farmland block is the same height as a grass/dirt block.
