Mining Fatigue III from Elder Guardians is much less effective on console editions than it is on PC edition

      Description

How to see this for yourself:

On PC Edition, spawn in an elder guardian. Wait to get the mining fatigue effect then try to break a stone block with an iron pickaxe. It should take a long time. (Make sure you are not underwater when testing!)

Now, on Console Edition, find a sea temple, wait for the mining fatigue effect to show up and try to break a stone block with an iron pickaxe. (Make sure you are not underwater when testing!)

You should notice that on Console Edition, while mining fatigue still slows down mining, you can break blocks with mining fatigue much much faster than on PC Edition.

I have listed it as a "PlayStation 4" issue for now because I have no other consoles to test it on. If you have the same issue on Xbox or Wii U, let me know and I will add it in.
