The particles were black when i hopped and swam into the water. Also desame when fishing.

When i was playing on my survival world,i hopped to a river to hunt squids. And then,i noticed when i hopped on the water,the particles were black. It is also desame when i was fishing. It should be blue particles. I can not post the photo right now because it won't upload the photo. Please fix this and i will really appreciate your work.
