Saves turned to grass blocks unable to be loaded/synced

While selecting a world and local profile sign in. Player 2 selected add new (live account) then backed out into the menu again. This caused all saves to become grass blocks. Once pressing "A" on the world would cause nothing to happen. The worlds are unload-able and cannot sync from the cloud.
