      Description

When making a redstone clock from a block with torch and a repeater on 2 or more ticks (so it doesn't burn out) the clock starts running (valid clock on pc minecraft 1.8). When going out in the distance out of draw / render distance, then returning. The redstone clock it freezes in one of the two states as seen in the image. (doesn't update even after waiting more then 10 minutes)
The clock should be running as it is unstable in these images but it doesn't after returning. This clock has no stable state. When the torch is off the repeater should be off, turning the torch on, turning the repeater on, the repeater powering the block turning the torch off. After placing a block next to the repeater thus updating it. The circuit starts running again. The repeater should have updated as soon as returning within range.

[Update} I go away from the clock 300 blocks then return to get it frozen. Precise distance unknown to get it too frozen state.
