Blocks sink into blocks after being mined and then rise back up

      Description

      When you mine any blocks with any tools the blocks when not collected normally just float and go up and down a little bit after being mined but now when there not collected they sink half way in the block the item is on and then rises back up and does that continually till you collect it or till it goes away.
