i crashed and my dog dissapeared when i loaded back in, help?

I was playing minecraft on my switch and i made my dog sit then i crashed so when i logged in he was gone i have 3 dogs his name is sven he was 1 of the three dogs, please revert to a version where all 3 are still there thanks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go into a world in minecraft switch edition

2.Tame a Wolf

3.build something near the wolf (the glitch happens either way but i was building)

4.Have The Game crash

5.Load back in and your build and your wolf are gone. (like completely gone like not in the world or anything)
