Specifically Getters and Setters for both fields should be available. Historically server implementations have only allowed the health to be monitored and controlled - not the MaxHealth.
There would also be events for damage/healing as well as changes in the MaxHealth level.
Justification and Use Case:
Current server implementations do not allow MaxHealth to be edited. This has causes mumerous mods/plugins to implement complete health tracking systems of their own. This then renders most of these mods incomparable.
Moving this mechanic fully back into the base API will allow more co-operation and interoperability 'tween mods/plugs using the API. And indeed Allow a client side Mod to react to the health/max health of an entity created server side accurately.
