Spawn Chunks don't stay loaded in Official 1.9

    Description

      Spawn Chunks don't stay loaded when a player enter in the Nether or the End even when you go so far in the overworld. This was tested with an iron farm with a item timer but when you enter in other dimension the villages merge off!
