Every time I try to connect to a server in 1.9, I am met with a message saying things along the lines of "io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException" or "io.netty.handler.codec.CorruptedFrameException" (the latter is much rarer than the former) and then some explanation after it like "java.io.IOException: Bad packet id <number>" or "Badly compressed packet - size of <number> is below server threshold of <number, usually 256>" or "length wider than 21-bit" or "java.lang.RuntimeException: VarInt too big". This happens on any and every server I try to connect to.
