What happened: I was exploring in my vanilla world (i have 2 custom command block modifiers but nothing that could affect environment generation, links to the command block modifiers are here (http://allocine.club/trends/watch/vid77LGDQ_3Fucpg) which is to modify elytra flight and the second is (http://jragoncommands.weebly.com/better-soups.html) which modify's soups to give you effects. When I created the world I did not change any of the terrain generation besides increasing diamond spawn vein size to 15, gold vein size to 15, and iron vein size to 15, and increasing diamonds spawn rate by one and gold spawn rate by one. other wise all other terrain generation was set to the normal default levels. (I know this is not the biggest of issues but I know that any bugs found should be reported because they could be used to figure out even larger more important bugs in the game)
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Type in seed shown in the pictures below.
2. Set gold diamond and iron vein size to 15
3. Set diamond and gold spawn rate up 1 higher
4. go to coordinates listed in the pictures below.
