When sand falls onto a fence the sand continually falls and doesn't break into items. When fences are removed they break into items when they hit another block below.

The falling sand persists through saving/loading.

Unaware of this issue being in earlier versions. Only encountered this in 1.9

I've searched for any issues similar to this but I couldn't find anything. Apologies if this is a dupe.
