Chunks not rendering properly

      Description

      Chunks are not loading or sides of blocks in chunks don't load or they unload as I get near them

      Happens with any render distance and with VBOs on and off

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Walk around in survival world. Works best if moving fast
