I give me an item that gives me a lot of max health,
I apply Instant Health while holding the item (it will fake hurt me but that is not the point of this report)
When I am full life, I remove the Instant Health effect, and then I remove the item from my hand, and finally apply poison, it will give me a fake death screen.
