What I expected to happen was...:

What I expected when i generated the new world was a cleanly generated and skinned world.

What actually happened was...:

What actually happened was that the world was not properly skinned. The blocks still existed but different random chunk skins were laid over the world as i looked around.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new wold and name it "In A World..."
2. generate new world
