So I Found a bug that which is for Minecart, The riding vehicle, so when ever I went in a minecart, which is normally named "Minecart" so when I take a ride and get off the minecraft, then when I break it, the minecart is renamed to
"entity.MinecraftRideable.name"
so I surely need to report this.
NOTE: I Promise I have not renamed this with an anvil! It's actually a bug!
(This is my first time reporting a Mojang bug)

EDIT: I have found another Bug which is the same for Minecarts, I was making a Minecart Chest transport from my mining area to my base, I broke the
"Minecart With Chest" and usually when you break Minecart With Chest - It drops a Minecart and A Chest, so I saw the minecart was renamed to "Container.minecart" which is I Can't post a screen shot at the moment...
