What I expected to happen was...:
The end city structure should have been fully generated.

What actually happened was...:
The end city structure was only partially generated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The city i found was only partially generated. I checked by creating a new map with the seed for the map on realms. The end city in single player creative was generated correctly. I'm not sure if this will continue to happen and didn't want to risk generating new end cities.
